This page offers a simple and secure way for returning clients to submit their tax documents without using the app. Just upload your files—such as W-2s, 1099s, IDs, and other tax forms—and we’ll handle the rest. All documents are securely stored and accessible only to our team as we begin preparing your return. All buttons and labels are also available in Spanish.

This form is built using a secure infrastructure, which is designed to safely collect and protect sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All data you enter—including your Social Security Number and tax documents—is encrypted, stored securely, and accessible only to authorized Multitax Financial Solutions staff for the sole purpose of preparing your return.
